Summary
This study tests whether virtual reality exercise games can improve balance, quality of life, and reduce fall risk in postmenopausal women aged 50-75 with osteoporosis. Fifty participants will be randomly assigned to either a virtual reality program or a control group. The goal is to see if this fun, interactive approach can help prevent dangerous falls.
