Summary
This study looked at whether using immersive virtual reality (VR) can help reduce pain, improve balance, and enhance body awareness in people with cervical radiculopathy (a pinched nerve in the neck causing pain and numbness down one arm). 42 adults aged 35-50 with this condition took part. The goal was to see if VR-based exercises could be a useful addition to standard rehabilitation.
