Summary
This study tests whether virtual reality (VR) can make physical therapy more effective for children and young adults with cancer who are staying in the hospital. Forty participants, ages 10 to 25, will try both VR-assisted and traditional physical therapy to see which helps them move more. The goal is to find out if VR can make exercise more fun and boost activity levels during treatment.
