Summary
This study tests whether an 8-week virtual reality program combining mindfulness, thinking exercises, and physical activity can improve memory, attention, and emotional well-being in women aged 65 and older who live alone and have low income. About 80 participants will be split into two groups to compare the effects. The goal is to find a fun, accessible way to support cognitive health and reduce feelings of isolation.
