Summary
This study tests whether virtual reality (VR) can improve balance and reduce dizziness in people with a one-sided inner ear problem. 48 adults will be split into three groups: one doing standard balance exercises, one using VR glasses, and one doing both. The goal is to see if VR adds extra benefit to standard care.
