NCT ID NCT07006870
First seen Apr 30, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether adding virtual reality training to standard balance exercises can improve balance, stability, walking ability, and quality of life in 60 adults with obesity (BMI 30-39.9) aged 20-40. Participants are randomly assigned to balance exercises with or without virtual reality. The goal is to see if the fun, immersive VR component leads to better outcomes than exercise alone.
