Summary

This small study tested whether a short, high-intensity virtual reality boxing program is safe and doable for people with multiple sclerosis. Five participants used a VR headset for 10-minute sessions twice a week for 8 weeks. The goal was to see if this fun approach could improve movement, thinking, and quality of life without causing harm.
