First seen Apr 23, 2026 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This small study tested whether a short, high-intensity virtual reality boxing program is safe and doable for people with multiple sclerosis. Five participants used a VR headset for 10-minute sessions twice a week for 8 weeks, alongside their usual therapy. The goal was to see if it could improve movement, thinking, and quality of life without causing side effects like dizziness or fatigue.
