Summary

This study looks at whether riding a stationary bike while using virtual reality can improve mood and thinking skills. Researchers will compare the effects in 200 adults (ages 18-65) who are inactive, with or without depression symptoms. Participants will exercise on a cycle ergometer with VR, and their mood and memory will be tested before and after.
