Summary
This study tested whether a 12-week virtual reality exercise program done at home could improve exercise capacity in children with cystic fibrosis. 36 kids aged 12-16 were split into two groups: one used VR headsets for team activities, the other did standard online exercises. Researchers measured how far kids could walk in 6 minutes and their muscle strength to compare the two approaches.
