Summary
This study tests whether a virtual stress reduction program using mindfulness techniques can improve mental health for cancer patients living in underserved or rural areas of Minnesota. About 30 adults with a history of cancer who report high stress will take part. The program is designed to be done from home, making it easier for those who have limited access to mental health services.
