Summary

This study tested whether wearing virtual reality glasses during a routine postpartum uterine tone assessment could lower anxiety and pain while increasing comfort. 146 women within 24 hours of giving birth participated. Researchers measured pain with a visual scale and anxiety with a standard questionnaire.
