Summary
This study tested a virtual, group-based mental health program for adults with cystic fibrosis (CF). The goal was to see if it was practical and helpful for reducing symptoms of depression and anxiety. Twenty-one adults with CF took part in an 8-week online therapy program and completed questionnaires before and after. The results will help understand if this approach is a good option for supporting mental health in people with CF.
