Summary
This study tests whether a live, home-based virtual exercise program that targets hip muscles can reduce fall risk in older veterans. About 110 veterans aged 65 and older who are at risk for falls will take part. The program is designed to strengthen muscles important for balance before they join a standard exercise program called Gerofit.
