Summary
This study aims to better understand viral infections of the brain and spinal cord (like meningitis). Researchers will look back at the medical records of 4000 patients—including children, adults, and people with weakened immune systems—to see which viruses cause infection in different groups and how the illness progresses. The goal is to gather knowledge that could help doctors diagnose and care for future patients more effectively.
