Summary
This early-phase study tests a combination of five drugs (VIPOR) in 14 adults with aggressive B-cell lymphoma that has spread to the brain or spinal cord. The main goal is to see if the treatment is safe enough for patients to complete at least two 21-day cycles without serious side effects. Researchers also track whether tumors shrink or disappear. This is not a cure; patients may need ongoing management.
