First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 23, 2026 · Updated 45 times
Summary
This study tests whether vimseltinib is safe and works for adults with moderate to severe chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) after a stem cell transplant. Participants must have already tried at least two other treatments without success. They will take vimseltinib daily for about two years, and researchers will monitor side effects and how well the disease responds.
