Summary
This study tests a new drug called vilamakitug for people with active axial spondyloarthritis, a type of inflammatory arthritis that causes back pain and stiffness. About 150 adults aged 18 to 65 with moderate to severe symptoms will receive either the drug or a placebo. The goal is to see if the drug improves pain, function, and inflammation better than a placebo.
