Can a video call save more lives during CPR?

NCT ID NCT07101510

Summary

This study tested whether emergency dispatchers can give better CPR instructions using a video call compared to a regular phone call. Researchers used manikins and volunteers to simulate CPR in both ideal and challenging conditions, like poor lighting or background noise. The goal was to see if seeing the scene helps dispatchers improve the quality of chest compressions.
