Summary
This study compares watching a short educational video to reading a pamphlet about labour pain relief options. About 100 first-time pregnant adults over 32 weeks will take a survey before and after learning about pain relief. The goal is to see if the video reduces fear of childbirth and improves knowledge more than the pamphlet.
