Video beats pamphlet in easing birth fears?

This study compares a short educational video to a pamphlet for teaching pregnant adults about labour pain relief options. About 100 first-time mothers over 32 weeks of pregnancy will watch the video or read the pamphlet, then answer questions about their fear and knowledge. The goal is to see which method better reduces fear of childbirth and improves preparedness.
