Summary
This study compares a short educational video to a pamphlet for teaching pregnant adults about labour pain relief options. About 100 first-time mothers over 32 weeks of pregnancy will watch the video or read the pamphlet, then answer questions about their fear and knowledge. The goal is to see if a video can better reduce fear of childbirth and improve preparedness.
