Video lessons boost nurse skills in preventing IV injuries

Summary
This study tests whether a short video training program can improve pediatric nurses' knowledge, attitudes, and skills about IV catheter complications like infiltration and extravasation. About 56 nurses will be randomly assigned to either watch the video or receive no training. Their knowledge and confidence will be measured before and one month after the training.
