Summary
This study is testing a new training method for nursing students learning how to insert an IV. One group of students will watch a video of themselves practicing the skill and use a checklist to evaluate their own performance. Researchers will compare their knowledge, skill, and confidence to a group that receives standard training without video review. The goal is to see if this self-review method helps students learn better.
