Summary
This study tested whether playing a specially designed online video game could help adults aged 45 and older stay healthy and active. Over 500 participants in Spain were randomly assigned to play the game or receive standard online information. The game included activities to prevent depression, boost memory, and encourage healthy habits. Researchers measured changes in health, mood, and lifestyle up to a year later.
