First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study looks at whether playing video games that guide breathing exercises can improve breathing problems in people with Asthma-COPD overlap syndrome (ACOS). About 40 adults aged 40-80 with ACOS and a high score on a breathing symptom questionnaire will take part. Researchers will measure breathing patterns, posture, and symptoms before and after the program to see if this fun approach helps.
