Summary
This study tested a video-based exercise program for the arms and shoulders in 30 people with Parkinson's disease who also had a stooped posture. Participants used a motion-sensing system to play guided games aimed at improving joint movement, balance, and daily function. The goal was to see if this fun, low-cost approach could ease symptoms and boost quality of life.
