Summary
This study tested whether a brief online educational video could improve healthcare professionals' understanding of Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (REDs), a condition often missed in athletes. About 200 doctors, nurses, and physiotherapists in Spain watched the video and completed questionnaires. The goal was to see if their knowledge, attitudes, and confidence improved after watching.
