Summary
This study tested whether a brief online educational video could improve healthcare professionals' understanding of Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (REDs) and the Female Athlete Triad. 200 doctors, nurses, and physiotherapists in Spain took part. The goal was to see if a simple video could help them recognize and manage these often-overlooked conditions.
