First seen Mar 26, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study tested whether teaching COPD patients simple breathing exercises through short videos could help them feel less short of breath, be more active, and sleep better. Sixty adults with COPD took part, watching 5-7 minute videos and practicing daily for 30 days. Researchers measured changes in breathing difficulty, daily activity, and sleep quality to see if this easy, at-home method made a difference.
