Video guide aims to ease tough talks for families facing pediatric cancer

Summary
This study is testing whether a special video and support from a trained coach can help parents of children with cancer have better conversations with doctors about treatment goals and end-of-life care preferences. It will involve over 500 parents across three hospitals. The goal is to see if this approach improves communication, helps parents feel more heard, and influences the type of care their child receives.
