First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study tests whether a low-intensity vibrating device placed on the forehead can improve sleep and memory in 120 adults with chronic insomnia. Participants will use the device daily for 4 weeks and track their sleep through a phone app. The study compares the active vibration to a sham (noise-only) version to see if it truly helps.
