NCT ID NCT06983275
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study tests whether a low-intensity vibrating device placed on the forehead can improve sleep and memory in people with chronic insomnia. 120 adults aged 18 to 65 with insomnia will receive either the active vibration or a sham (noise-only) treatment daily for 4 weeks. Participants will track sleep via a mobile app and complete memory tests. The goal is to see if this non-drug approach can ease insomnia symptoms.
