Vibrating wire could unclog heart arteries without major surgery

Summary
This study tests a special vibrating guidewire designed to cross completely blocked heart arteries in people with chronic chest pain. Ten adults who have not improved with standard medications will be enrolled. The goal is to see if the wire can safely open the blockage and improve walking ability and quality of life over 6 to 12 months.
