First seen Apr 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study tests whether giving two drugs (vibecortamab and putilimab) before surgery can help shrink tumors in people with locally advanced laryngeal cancer. About 10 adults aged 18-80 with resectable cancer will receive the combination, then have surgery. The main goal is to see how many patients have no cancer cells left in the removed tissue (complete response).
