Summary
This study tests whether a special exercise program called vestibular rehabilitation can help people with cervical spondylosis (a type of neck arthritis) who also have dizziness or balance problems. Researchers will measure changes in balance, neck function, pain, and disability in 62 adults aged 40 to 60. The goal is to see if these exercises can ease symptoms and improve daily life.
