New test could pinpoint cause of mystery dizziness

NCT ID NCT07000929

Summary

This study aimed to find a better way to diagnose vestibular migraine, a condition that causes dizziness and is often hard to identify. Researchers tested 173 people, including patients with vestibular migraine, other migraine types, and healthy volunteers, using a standard dizziness test called videonystagmography. They compared the test results between groups to see if specific patterns could reliably indicate vestibular migraine.
