Summary
This study looks at whether a special MRI scan can tell the difference between two common causes of stroke: hardening of the brain's arteries (atherosclerosis) and inflammation of the blood vessels (vasculitis). About 46 people who recently had a stroke will get this MRI. The goal is to help doctors choose the right treatment faster and improve recovery.
