Summary
This study tested a new catheter system (VARIPULSE with TRUPULSE Generator) to treat atrial fibrillation and related arrhythmias using pulsed field energy. 141 adults with atrial fibrillation or atypical atrial flutter underwent a planned ablation procedure. The main goal was to see if the procedure could successfully stop the abnormal heart rhythms right away.
