First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study tests whether using calming words (verbal analgesia) can reduce pain for women with infertility who undergo a minor procedure called office hysteroscopy. About 92 women will be randomly assigned to receive either verbal reassurance or standard care. The goal is to see if a simple, drug-free approach can make the experience more comfortable.
