Summary
This study looked at whether a special interactive dressing (UrgoStart Plus) used under compression bandages helps heal venous leg ulcers faster than a simple dressing. 60 adults with these hard-to-heal ulcers took part. The main goal was to see if the ulcer closed completely within 12 weeks. The study also checked how the ulcer affected patients' quality of life.
