New hope for myeloma patients with rare genetic marker

Summary
This early-stage trial tests the safety and best dose of adding venetoclax to three different standard drug combinations for people with a specific genetic subtype of multiple myeloma (t(11;14)). About 100 participants will receive one of the combos. The goal is to see if the new mix can better control the cancer while managing side effects.
