New combo therapy aims to boost leukemia remission

Summary

This study tests adding venetoclax to a standard chemotherapy regimen (CLAG-M) for people with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or related high-grade blood cancers. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the combination improves cancer control. About 62 participants will take part, and the trial is currently recruiting.
