Summary
This study tests whether adding the drug venetoclax to standard chemotherapy can help treat acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). It includes older adults (60+) with newly diagnosed ALL and adults (18+) whose leukemia has come back or not responded to treatment. The goal is to find the safest dose and see how well the combination works.
