Summary
This study looks at whether a nutrition education program can help low-income preschoolers learn about and eat more vegetables. About 100 children and their teachers will take part in classroom lessons, taste tests, and veggie intake measurements. The goal is to see if repeated exposure and fun dips make vegetables more appealing.
