Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called vebreltinib (PLB1001) in people with a specific type of recurrent brain cancer (secondary glioblastoma with IDH mutation and ZM fusion gene). About 84 participants will receive either vebreltinib or standard chemotherapy. The main goal is to see if the new drug helps people live longer and is safe to take.
