Summary
This study looked at how a new medicine called VCT220 interacts with three common drugs (repaglinide, rosuvastatin, and digoxin) in 24 healthy overweight adults. Participants took the drugs alone and then with VCT220 to measure changes in drug levels and safety. The goal was to gather information, not to treat obesity.
