Simple vancomycin pill may stop c. diff from coming back during antibiotic treatment

Summary
This study tests whether taking oral vancomycin can prevent a repeat Clostridioides difficile infection in people who recently had one and now need another antibiotic. About 300 adults will receive either vancomycin or a placebo while on antibiotics, plus a week after. The goal is to see if this approach reduces the chance of C. diff coming back.
