Summary
This study is testing a new blood test to detect Parkinson's disease early, before symptoms become severe. Researchers will compare blood samples from 600 people with Parkinson's and 600 healthy volunteers over two years. The goal is to find reliable markers in the blood that could lead to earlier diagnosis and better treatment.
