Summary
This study looked at how vamorolone, a potential treatment for certain muscle diseases, affects the way the body processes another drug called midazolam. 18 healthy adults took midazolam before and after vamorolone to see if vamorolone changes how midazolam is broken down. The results help doctors understand if vamorolone might interfere with other medications.
