NCT ID NCT05512169

First seen Jan 18, 2026 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study is observing 500 Indian children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) to see how their genes influence treatment side effects and how well they respond to therapy. Researchers will track side effects and measure early response to steroids. The goal is to better understand why some children have more side effects or better outcomes, which could help personalize treatment in the future.
