Summary
This study tested whether a non-invasive device that gently stimulates the vagus nerve, combined with simple self-care exercises, can reduce jaw and neck pain in people with temporomandibular disorder (TMD). 48 adults with TMD took part. The goal was to see if this approach improves pain, jaw movement, and muscle function better than a placebo.
